Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Two Arkansas Mussels (Neosho Mucket and Rabbitsfoot) 
Abstract: FWS will, if determined to be prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for the Neosho mucket (Lampsilis rafinesqueana) and rabbitsfoot (Quadrula cylindrica cylindrica), both freshwater mussels. For both species, all the proposed critical habitat areas are occupied by the mussels. The Neosho mucket is listed as endangered, and the rabbitsfoot is listed as threatened.
