Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Grotto Sculpin  
Abstract: Pursuant to the ESA, we are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for a species. We are developing a listing determination for the grotto sculpin as a separate rulemaking action (see RIN 1018-AY16). This cave-dwelling fish is endemic to two karst areas in Perry County, Missouri, and has been a candidate for listing under the ESA since 2002.
