Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Two Arizona Plants (Acuna Cactus and Fickeisen Plains Cactus) 
Abstract: FWS will, if determined to be prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for acuna cactus and Fickeisen plains cactus under the ESA. For the acuna cactus, FWS will designate critical habitat in Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal Counties, Arizona. For the Fickeisen plains cactus, FWS will designate critical habitat in Coconino and Mohave Counties, Arizona. Both species are listed as endangered.
