Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Two Arizona Plants (Acuna Cactus and Fickeisen Plains Cactus) 
Abstract:

On August 18, 2016, we published a final rule designating 18,535 acres and 17,456 acres for the acuna cactus and Fickeisen plains cactus, respectively. Both designations are in Arizona. This action is now completed.
