Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Oregon Spotted Frog 
Abstract:

We will designate critical habitat, if determined to be prudent and determinable, for the Oregon spotted frog, a threatened species, in the States of Washington and Oregon. We developed a listing determination for the Oregon spotted frog as a separate rulemaking action.
