Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Webber Ivesia  
Abstract: FWS designated critical habitat for Webber ivesia (Ivesia webberi) pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (ESA). This plant is known to occur in the Sierra region of California and Nevada. FWS made a determination that this plant is a threatened species under the ESA in a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-AZ12).
