Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Graham's and White River Penstemons 
Abstract: On August 6, 2014, FWS withdrew the proposed rule to designate critical habitat for two penstemons, Graham's penstemon (Penstemon grahamii) and White River penstemon (Penstemon scariosus var. albifluvis), under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. These two plants occur in Colorado and Utah. For more information, see 79 FR 46042.
