Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Amending the Listing for the Southern Selkirk Mountains Population of Woodland Caribou 
Abstract: We will finalize the proposal to amend the current listing of the endangered southern Selkirk Mountains population of woodland caribou, to define a distinct population segment (DPS) consistent with our1996 DPS Policy. We will finalize the proposal to list as threatened the Southern Mountain Caribou DPS, which includes the southern Selkirk Mountains population of woodland caribou, a transboundary species between British Columbia, Canada, and northern Idaho and northeastern Washington.
