Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation For the Washington Ground Squirrel 
Abstract:

In a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-AZ00), we determined that listing the Washington ground squirrel under the Endangered Species Act is not warranted. Therefore, we will not propose to designate critical habitat for this species, which is found in sagebrush-grasslands in Oregon and Washington.
