Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Three U.S. Caribbean Plants (Varronia Rupicola, Gonocalyx Concolor, and Agave Eggersiana) 
Abstract: FWS will, if determined to be prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for three species of Caribbean plants (Varronia rubicola, Gonocalyx concolor, and Agave eggersiana) pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. FWS is developing a listing determination for the three species of plants as a separate rulemaking action (see RIN 1018-AZ10). Varronia rupicola occurs in Puerto Rico and the British Virgin Islands, Gonocalyx concolor occurs in Puerto Rico, and Agave eggersiana occurs in the U.S. Virgin Islands. All three plant species are current candidates for listing under the Act.
