Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Arctic Grayling
Abstract: In response to a petition and pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, we recently made a listing determination regarding the upper Missouri River distinct population segment of Arctic grayling, a species of freshwater fish. We found that listing is not warranted at this time and published our finding on August 20, 2014 (79 FR 49384). Therefore, we will not designate critical habitat for this species, and we withdraw this rulemaking action from the Agenda.
