Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Rio Grande Cutthroat Trout  
Abstract:

FWS will develop a listing determination for the Rio Grande cutthroat trout, a freshwater species endemic to the Rio Grande and the Pecos and Canadian Rivers of Colorado and New Mexico. FWS will also designate critical habitat, if determined to be prudent and determinable, for this species as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA08).
