Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Rio Grande Cutthroat Trout  
Abstract:

FWS is making a listing determination for the Rio Grande cutthroat trout under the ESA as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA07). FWS is required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination. Accordingly, FWS will develop a critical habitat designation for the Rio Grande cutthroat trout, a freshwater species endemic to the Rio Grande and the Pecos and Canadian Rivers of Colorado and New Mexico, if determined to be prudent and determinable.
