| Abstract: FWS will develop a listing determination for the Tucson shovelnose snake under the Endangered Species Act, as amended. The Tucson shovelnose snake inhabits the sandy desert soils in the valley floors of the upper Sonoran Desert in Arizona. FWS will develop a critical habitat designation, if prudent and determinable, for this species under a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA10). | |
