Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Miami Tiger Beetle 
Abstract:

We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the Miami tiger beetle under the Endangered Species Act. This species is found in Richmond pine rocklands habitat in Miami-Dade County, Florida. We are developing a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA16).
