Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Highlands Tiger Beetle 
Abstract: Under the Endangered Species Act, as amended, FWS will make a listing determination for the Highlands tiger beetle, endemic to the sand dune of Lake Wales Ridge in Polk and Highlands Counties, Florida. FWS will also designate critical habitat, if determined to be prudent and determinable, for this species in a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA15).
