Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation For the Sicklefin Redhorse
Abstract:

In a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-AZ03), we determined that listing the sicklefin redhorse under the Endangered Species Act is not warranted. Therefore, we will not propose to designate critical habitat for this fish species, which is found in the Hiwassee and Little Tennessee Rivers in Cherokee, Clay, Swain, Macon, and Jackson Counties, Tennessee.
