Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Warton's Cave Meshweaver 
Abstract: In response to a petition and pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, we made a listing determination regarding the Warton's Cave meshweaver, a small, eyeless, colorless spider that lives in a shallow cave in Travis County, TX. We found that this is not a distinct species and, therefore, not a listable entity under the Act. We published our finding on August 13, 2014 (79 FR 47413). Therefore, we withdraw this rulemaking action from the Agenda.
