Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination For the Scripps's Murrelet and the Guadalupe Murrelet 
Abstract:

We made a not-warranted listing determination for two murrelet species, the Scripps’s murrelet and the Guadalupe murrelet, under the Endangered Species Act. These two bird species are found in warm offshore waters of the Pacific from British Columbia, Canada, to Baja California, Mexico. A critical habitat determination was to be addressed as a separate action (RIN 1018-BA23).
