Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Lepidium papilliferum (Slickspot Peppergrass)  
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the slickspot peppergrass, under the Endangered Species Act. The slickspot peppergrass is a tap-rooted, intricately branched plant of the sagebrush-steppe ecosystem of southwestern Idaho. It occurs primarily in specialized microsites known as "slickspots." The rulemaking action to designate critical habitat for the species can be found under RIN 1018-AX16.
