Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Slickspot Peppergrass
Abstract:

On August 17, 2016, we published a final rule listing the slickspot peppergrass as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. The slickspot peppergrass is a tap-rooted, intricately branched plant found in the sagebrush-steppe ecosystem of southwestern Idaho. This action is now completed. A critical habitat determination is addressed as a separate action (RIN 1018-AX16).
