| Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination For the Black Mudalia | |
|
Abstract:
We made a not-warranted listing determination for the black mudalia under the Endangered Species Act. This small species of aquatic snail is found in shoals and riffles, clinging to gravel, cobble, boulders, or logs, in Alabama. A possible critical habitat determination was to be addressed as a separate action under RIN 1018-BA59. |
