Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Black Mudalia
Abstract:

In a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA58), we determined that listing the black mudalia under the Endangered Species Act is not warranted. Therefore, we will not propose to designate critical habitat for this species. The black mudalia is a small species of aquatic snail found in shoals and riffles, clinging to gravel, cobble, boulders, or logs in Alabama.
