| Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Guadalupe Fescue | |
|
Abstract:
Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act, we will make a listing determination for the Guadalupe fescue, a grass species that is restricted to a small area in Big Bend National Park, Texas, and an adjacent area in Mexico. We are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for a species. We will develop a critical habitat designation for the species as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA75).
