Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Big Sandy Crayfish 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the Big Sandy crayfish, pursuant to the Endangered Species Act. The Big Sandy crayfish occurs in the drainage and waterways habitat in Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia. We are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for the species. If we find that listing is warranted, we will develop a critical habitat designation for the Big Sandy crayfish as a separate rulemaking action.
