Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for Two Lower Colorado River Basin Fishes 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for two Colorado fishes (headwater chub and roundtail chub) pursuant to the Endangered Species Act. The two fishes are native to the Lower Colorado River in Arizona and New Mexico. We are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for the species. We will develop a critical habitat designation for the two Colorado fishes as a separate rulemaking action (1018-BA87).
