Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Two Lower Colorado River Basin Fishes 
Abstract:

Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act (ESA), we are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for a species. We are developing a listing determination for two Colorado fishes (headwater chub and roundtail chub) pursuant to the ESA. The two fishes are native to the Lower Colorado River in Arizona and New Mexico. We will make a listing determination for the two fishes as a separate rulemaking action (1018-BA86).
