Title: ●Migratory Bird Permits; Updating the Falconry Permitting Reporting Web Site for California 
Abstract:

The State of California has implemented an online permitting and reporting system compatible with the online system that we use for reporting take of raptors from the wild for falconry. Allowing California residents to use the State’s online reporting system, rather than ours, should result in savings of resources for both the State and us. We therefore are changing the Web site address in our regulations for falconers in California to use to report takes, acquisitions, transfers, and losses of falconry birds.
