Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Elfin-Woods Warbler 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the Elfin-woods warbler under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The Elfin-woods warbler is native to Puerto Rico. We are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for species. We will develop a critical habitat designation for the Elfin-woods warbler as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA95).
