Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Elfin-Woods Warbler 
Abstract:

On June 22, 2016, we published a final rule listing the elfin-woods warbler as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and adding it to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. We are also adopting a rule under the authority of section 4(d) of the ESA that is necessary and advisable to provide for the conservation of the species. This action is now completed. We are developing a critical habitat designation for the elfin-woods warbler as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BA95).
