Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Kentucky Arrow Darter 
Abstract:

We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, make a determination to designate critical habitat for the Kentucky arrow darter, a fish that occurs in Kentucky. Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act, we are required to designate critical habitat, to the maximum extent prudent and determinable, concurrent with a listing determination for a species. We are developing a listing determination for the Kentucky arrow darter as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-AZ09).
