Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Green Sea Turtle 
Abstract:

We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, make a determination to designate critical habitat for 5 distinct population segments (DPSs) of green sea turtle. The 5 DPSs are the North Atlantic, South Atlantic, Central North Pacific, Central South Pacific, and Central West Pacific. We are developing a listing determination for the green sea turtle as a separate rulemaking action; the listing determination is a joint rulemaking with the National Marine Fisheries Service.
