Title: National Wildlife Refuge System; Refuge-Specific Hunting and Sport Fishing Regulations; 2016-2017 
Abstract:

We are making additions and revisions to refuge-specific regulations for the 2016 to 2017 hunting and sport fishing season. This action is part of an annual update for the National Wildlife Refuge System that ensures adequate public notice of openings and changes. We operate hunting and fishing programs on refuges to implement the National Wildlife Refuge System Improvement Act of 1997 directives to facilitate compatible priority wildlife-dependent recreational opportunities.
