Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation For the Huachuca Springsnail 
Abstract:

In a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BB36), we determined that listing the Huachuca springsnail under the Endangered Species Act is not warranted. Therefore, we will not propose to designate critical habitat for the species, which is found in freshwater springs in Arizona.
