Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Yellow Lance and Atlantic Pigtoe 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the yellow lance and Atlantic pigtoe under the Endangered Species Act. The yellow lance, a plant species, is found in North Carolina and Virginia. The Atlantic pigtoe, a mussel species, is found in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia. Critical habitat determinations will be addressed as a separate action (RIN 1018-BB81).
