Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Panama City Crayfish 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to list the Panama City crayfish (Procambarus econfinae) as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. This crayfish is found in Florida. We will also designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable, under a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BE31). We are also developing a rulemaking action to set forth provisions for this species under section 4(d) of the Act (RIN 1018-BD50).
