| Title: Migratory Bird Management; Extending the Term of Certain Migratory Bird Permits | |
|
Abstract:
This proposed rule would extend the timeframe that certain types of permits for activities with migratory birds are valid. By extending that time, this rule would reduce the need for a permittee to apply to the Service for renewal, along with eliminating the fees associated with renewals for the specified types of permits. |
