Abstract:
This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to reclassify the Morro shoulderband snail (Helminthoglypta walkeriana) from an endangered to a threatened species. Concurrently, FWS will make a final determination on a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act. The morro shoulderband snail is found in California. |
