Title: Revision of Airborne Hunting Regulations 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would revise the requirements for complying with the Airborne Hunting Act (AHA). This proposed rule would clarify when a permit is required to comply with the AHA and when a simple authorization can be used without a permit.
