Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revision of the Regulations for Designating Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

Per Section 2 of the Executive Order on Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis (EO 13990), and subsequent Fact Sheet: List of Agency Actions for Review, DOI is reviewing "Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Regulations for Designating Critical Habitat” (85 FR 82376; December 18, 2020), where we set forth a process for excluding areas of critical habitat under section 4(b)(2) of the Act.
