Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revision of the Regulations for Designating Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

This rule would make a final determination on the proposal to rescind the final rule titled "Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plant; Regulations for Designating Critical Habitat" that published on December 18, 2020, and became effective January 19, 2021. The proposed rescission, if finalized, would remove the regulations established by that rule.
