Abstract:
FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to add the monarch butterfly (Danaus plexippus plexippus) to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife as a threatened species with regulations issued under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act and designate critical habitat. This butterfly is found throughout the contiguous United States. |
