Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status for Streaked Horned Lark With Section 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

FWS affirmed the listing under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act), of the streaked horned lark (Eremophila alpestris strigata) as a threatened species on the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. FWS also revised the regulations issued under section 4(d) of the Act for this bird species, which is found in Washington and Oregon.
