Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Ouachita Fanshell and the Western Fanshell 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list Ouachita fanshell (Cyprogenia cf. aberti) and the western fanshell (Cyprogenia aberti) as threatened species under the Endangered Species Act with a section 4(d) rule. The Ouachita fanshell is found in Arkansas, and the western fanshell is found in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma. FWS will also make a final determination to designate critical habitat for the Ouachita fanshell and the western fanshell.
