Abstract:
FWS will make a final determination on a proposal to list the cactus ferruginous pygmy-owl (Glaucidium brasilianum cactorum) as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act with a section 4(d) rule. This bird is found in Arizona, Texas, and Mexico. |
