Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Pascagoula Map Turtle and the Pearl River Map Turtle 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would make a listing determination for the Pascagoula map turtle (Graptemys gibbonsia) and the Pearl River map turtle (Graptemys pearlensis) under the Endangered Species Act. Both turtles are found in Mississippi; the Pearl River map turtle is also found in Louisiana. The FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
