Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revision of the Critical Habitat Designation for the Jaguar in Compliance With a Court Order 
Abstract:

FWS issued a final rule to comply with a court order to vacate portions of the critical habitat designation for the jaguar in Arizona. The court order took effect on August 11, 2023, when the ruling was issued. The rule will bring the jaguar’s critical habitat designation as set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations into conformance with the court order.
