Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for the Blue Tree Monitor 
Abstract:

FWS issued an emergency rule under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, to list blue tree monitor (Varanus macraei) as an endangered species. The rule provides listing protection until August 25, 2025. FWS simultaneously issued a proposed rule to solicit public comment on adding the species to the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. This species occurs in Indonesia.
