Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Northwestern Pond Turtle and Southwestern Pond Turtle 
Abstract:

FWS will propose to designate critical habitat for the northwestern pond turtle (Actinemys marmorata) found in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and California, and the southwestern pond turtle (Actinemys pallida) found in California, under the Endangered Species Act (Act). In a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BH08), FWS has proposed to list these species as threatened species with a rule issued under section 4(d) of the Act.
