Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for Eastern Black Rail 
Abstract:

FWS will make a listing determination for the eastern black rail (Laterallus jamaicensis ssp. jamaicensis) under the Endangered Species Act. This bird subspecies is found in fifteen states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Brazil, and several countries in the Caribbean and Central America.
